By placing an order on The Cashew House, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery is charged separately based on order weight. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

Items are subject to stock availability. If a pack size sells out after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund.

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Cashew House name and logo — belongs to The Cashew House and may not be reused without permission.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond what's required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
