Terms of Service

By placing an order on Kajuwa, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery is charged separately based on order weight. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock, payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud or misuse. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at any time before it ships; if we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund. You can cancel your own order from your account within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been packed for delivery.

Orders are paid by bank transfer, verified against the receipt you upload at checkout, or by Cash on Delivery for eligible order totals, paid in cash when your order arrives.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and can vary based on your location and order size. We'll do our best to meet them, but they aren't guaranteed delivery dates.

Items are subject to stock availability. If a pack size sells out after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a partial refund, or a full refund.

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Kajuwa name and logo — belongs to Kajuwa and may not be reused without permission.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond what's required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
