Shipping Policy

Delivery is calculated by the total weight of your order: Rs 570 for the first kilogram, and Rs 170 for every additional kilogram. The exact charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Orders within Colombo are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Orders to the rest of Sri Lanka typically arrive within 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary with courier demand, weather, and public holidays.

You'll see an estimated delivery window on your order confirmation and in your account's order history, and we'll email you when your order ships.

Cashews are roasted and packed to order. Most orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation (or order placement for Cash on Delivery) before being handed to our courier.

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs 10,000 (including delivery), and requires a Rs 500 advance by bank transfer to confirm the order; the remaining balance is paid in cash on delivery. For orders above Rs 10,000, only bank transfer is offered.
